These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "T&Cs") apply to the website accessible at the address yofy.ai (hereinafter the "Website") operated by WOLKOWICZ LEO EI, A Sole Proprietorship registered in the National Business Directory under number 894 530 997, with its registered office located at 35 Place Maubert, 75005 Paris, France.

The Website is accessible via the internet to all users (hereinafter the "User(s)"). Simply accessing and browsing the Website constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the following provisions. Yofy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for Users who do not comply with these T&Cs.

These T&Cs are subject to change. We recommend that you regularly review the latest version displayed on the Website. Any use of the Website after new terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

Warranty and Liability of Yofy

User Commitments

By registering on the Website, Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

Candidates specifically agree to provide honest and accurate details about their professional background, education, and work experience. Yofy reserves the right to verify this information. Any false information or misrepresentation constitutes an attempt to mislead Yofy and its clients and undermines fair recruitment processes.

The Website is not intended for minors. Therefore, minors are prohibited from using the Website.

Candidates acknowledge that the name of the hiring company may be disclosed to them prior to interviews with Yofy. Upon receiving an offer where the hiring company is disclosed, candidates agree to:

  • Contact the company only through Yofy; and

  • Keep Yofy informed about the content of any communications.

Additionally, any recruitment initiated within twelve (12) months of the disclosure of the hiring company's identity shall be deemed to have been facilitated by Yofy.


Modifications and Termination

Yofy reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website at any time for maintenance, security, or other technical reasons. Certain content may be revised or removed for technical, editorial, or legal reasons, without entitling Users to any claims.

Lity may terminate access to the Website, with or without notice, particularly if:

  • A User violates these T&Cs.

  • A User acts inconsistently with the spirit or letter of these T&Cs.

  • A User infringes on Yofy’s or a third party’s rights.

Lity may also modify or suspend the Website at any time without notice and shall not be held liable for the consequences of such modifications or suspensions.


Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Yofy, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claims or demands by third parties, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • Their use of the Website.

  • Their violation of these T&Cs.


Use of Website Content

The entire Website, including its graphical and textual elements such as software, code, photos, structures, graphics, images, logos, illustrations, icons, texts, videos, audio files, trademarks, etc. (hereinafter the "Content"), is protected by intellectual property laws worldwide. Unless otherwise stated, this Content is the exclusive property of Yofy and/or its affiliates.

Users may download or print Content for personal and private, non-commercial use only. Users are prohibited from:

  • Commercializing, reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, or using Content for public or commercial purposes.

  • Creating links from third-party sites to any pages of the Website other than the homepage, without prior written authorization from Yofy.


Personal Data

Yofy collects and processes Users' personal data in compliance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (as amended) and the GDPR.

Data Collected For Candidates: Name, email, phone number, degree, year of graduation, location, desired salary, professional skills, and optional details about career objectives. For Clients: Name, company name, role, professional email, phone number, and candidate requirements.

Purpose

  • Manage User registration.

  • Track Candidates and Clients.

  • Send tailored offers and newsletters.

Retention Personal data is retained for two (2) years after the last contact with the User and is used solely by Yofy's recruitment team or shared with Clients on a need-to-know basis.

Yofy does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except when required by law or regulation.


User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data at any time by writing to: [email protected]


Security Measures

Yofy implements advanced technical and organizational measures to safeguard User data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While Yofy strives to protect data, Users are advised that the Internet presents inherent risks to data confidentiality.
